What Pressure Vector reads — and why these records can't hide.
Every line in the brief traces to one of the sources below. None of them are press releases, social posts, or "intent signals." Each one is a record somebody was required to create — published by a regulator, a court, or a statute that punishes concealment.
If you've sold for twenty years and never heard of some of these, that's the point. These records have always existed. Nobody was reading them for you.

Workplace-safety citations with penalties, published under federal open-records law. A willful citation is the regulator asserting, on the record, that the company knew the hazard and didn't act.

Employers planning mass layoffs or closures must notify the state 60 days in advance. The notice is public before the layoff happens — headcount, location, date.
