What Pressure Vector reads — and why these records can't hide.
Every line in the brief traces to one of the sources below. None of them are press releases, social posts, or "intent signals." Each one is a record somebody was required to create — published by a regulator, a court, or a statute that punishes concealment.
If you've been in sales for years and never heard of some of these, that's the point. These records have always existed. Nobody was reading them for you.

When an investor with control intent crosses 5% of a public company's stock, they must file a 13D naming the holder, the size of the stake, and the stated purpose. The initial filing is due within five business days; amendments within two.

Workplace-safety citations with penalties, published under federal open-records law. A willful citation is the regulator asserting, on the record, that the company knew the hazard and didn't act.

Employers planning mass layoffs or closures must notify the state 60 days in advance. The notice is public — headcount, location, date.
